I am currently Retail Director at Grom, with responsibility for a network of 50+ directly operated stores, covering P&L ownership, retail development, store formats, people leadership and in‑store experience. My focus is on making retail scalable, operationally sound and economically sustainable, while preserving brand identity and customer value.

Previously, I served as Head of Digital EMEA at Venchi, where I led the digital transformation of the business across the region. I developed and scaled direct‑to‑consumer channels including eCommerce, marketplaces and eRetailers, as well as a multilingual customer care organization, contributing tangibly to both growth and operational efficiency.

Today, I leverage this digital and data‑driven background to strengthen physical retail performance, working on retail excellence, store productivity, true omnichannel integration and team leadership, with the goal of building replicable, high‑impact retail models.

I am particularly passionate about scalable retail projects and complex food retail environments where strategy, data and people come together to deliver measurable results.
